1. Three pear salad

For this recipe you will need chicken breast cubed, red pepper, sliced pear (you can use the specie of pear you like), fresh ginger minced and a fry pan. Place the cubed chicken breast in a fry pan and stir fry the cubes till the chicken is cooked. Then to the cooked chicken add the minced ginger, sliced pear and the red pepper. Cook the recipe only for a few minutes. You can serve this recipe with rice or noodle. To add a finishing touch just sprinkle roughly chopped peanuts.

For this dessert you will need pears cut in halves, remove the core of the pear. You will also need Chocolate sauce, and chopped pecans. Place the cut pears in a baking dish; make sure that its cut side is down. Place the dish in the oven to bake the pears for about 15minutes till they soften. Finally, pour the chocolate sauce and bake for 5 more minutes. To garnish sprinkle chopped pecans.
