9 Ways to cook egg

Eggs are like fruits in a Non Vegetarian menu. They are easy to cook and are rich source of proteins and fats. You can survive on egg diet only. You can have breakfast with egg followed by an egg lunch and finish it off with an egg dinner. It is a boon for the working class people who do not have much time and means to cook. 1. Boil the eggs

The easiest way to cook eggs is by boiling. The egg can be half-boiled or hard-boiled depending on the time you spent on boiling them. It takes 15 minutes to boil a chicken egg. The yolk part of the eggs is solid for hardboiled eggs will it is deliciously runny for half boiled one. The outer cover of boiled egg can be easily peeled to get the delicious source of proteins and fats. Sprinkle it with salt and black pepper and eat it whole.

2. Poach the eggs

It is the best and the fastest way to prepare the egg. Just poach them on a frying pan with minimal oil to have solid egg white with runny egg yolk on the top. Sprinkle salt and black pepper and serve them hot.

3. Scramble the eggs

While poaching is all about timings, the scrambled eggs are easy to cook. Put some oil in pan, pour the egg, scramble it with your spoon, and let it cook for five minutes. Add some salt and black pepper on them and serve. You can add flavors of onions, ginger, fresh coriander or tomatoes and make it more awesome.

4. Fry the eggs

Another wonderful way is fry them. For it, just boil the eggs, peel out their outer skin and deep-fry them in mustard oil. Omelets are the tastiest of egg recipes. Beat some eggs with onion rings, finely chopped gingers and chilies. Add some salt and pepper and pour them on heated oil coated pan. Cook them both side and serve them hot. You can add lot of vegetables finely and make them taste even better.

6. Make an egg soup

Egg soups are readily cooked and are delicious to have. Heat some water, add salt, fresh basil and let it simmer for five minutes. Beat some eggs, pour them on the boiling mixture, and stir them thoroughly with the spoon for 10 minutes. Add some fresh cream and serve it hot with black pepper sprinkled on them.

7. Egg white ice-cream

It is one of the freshest and exclusive dishes. Beat some egg white with an eggbeater to make it completely frothy white. Add some sugar and beat it again until all sugar is properly mixed. Add a cup vanilla ice cream for each egg, beat it slowly for few minutes, and refrigerate them. Serve them cold with chocolate chips on them.

8. Make some devil eggs

These will make you indulge in it like the devil itself. Take few hard-boiled eggs and cut them lengthwise. Remove the yolks from them and beat the yolks with one cup of fresh sour cream, some chopped onion, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and 2 table spoon of mayonnaise, until the mixture turns white. Pour them on the egg white cups and refrigerate them for few hours. Serve them cold to your guests.

9. Make the Frittata

It is one the easiest Italian dish. It is kind of an omelet. For making a frittata, you need to beat some eggs with fresh cream and tomato juice. Add some cooked fish or meat crumbles in the mixture. After mixing them, pour the mixture on a heated oil coated pan and let it cook for 10 minutes and serve them hot.
