My 18 years old son loves munching snacks every time. I have tried to explain him about its adverse effects, but all in vain. However, lately his friends have started calling him a fatso, and he dislikes it. He thus has joined a gym for workout, but he still is not able to get over his munching habit, as he feels hungry most of the time. Can anyone help me with few suggestions regarding fat free food ideas, which could help him allay his eating desires and won’t be a problem to his health? Thanks.
