Which are some simple thai cuisine, less in calories, recipes with fruits and nuts that will help me in my heavy smoking and obesity? I try mixing in fresh fruits or the frozen fruits to make my meal healthier. But now I want to strictly follow some diet that will be really helpful for me. I am a thirty four year old overweight man and don’t have any other body condition other than the obesity currently but yeah I do smoke heavily. Will I get hungry if I am on just on a two meals a day diet? What will you advise to me? Can you suggest some simple thai cuisine recipes with fruits and nuts that will help me?
