Seafood: The health food that sells itself

The largest seafood consumers are American with a rollover of 16.6 pounds of fish and shellfish per person. This should be in the Guinness Book of World Records. This shows that Americans are taking AHA’s recommendation to include seafood seriously.
With great seafood recipes, low in calories, but high in Omega3 fatty acids the Americans are gorging into something good for their health.
NOAA Fisheries service presents a report where more and more number of consumers is ordering fresh and frozen seafood instead of the canned ones. The highly consumed seafood is shrimp, followed by tuna. While shrimp tastes best when roasted, tuna does wonders in low cal sandwiches…this is what I call as a perfect health food, which is naturally yummy.
