I have heard that coconut, cumber , pear and banana are really good for kids but I want to know the recipes of smoothie combining all this because my son don’t like eating these fruits raw. So I was wondering if anyone can help me by telling a delicious and healthy smoothie for kids which they can have in their breakfast. Do you know any interesting way of making this recipe? What kind of pear shall I but for the recipe.
