I am 32yr old male, I just I love working out. I usually consume a lot of energy drinks to keep myself energetic all day long after strenuous workouts, and I have been regular with energy drinks such as Rock Star and Red Bull. I have realized that it is not healthy for me. And don’t want to be confined to the energy drinks only, therefore, I would want to know about some energy meal ideas that I should try.
