Recently the doctor has advised my mom to eat food rich in potassium. Although, I have bought potassium supplements for her, however, I want to know about potassium foods as well, which could be included in our daily diet, as the doctor even advised her to consume at least 2500 mg of potassium daily? I want to know about the amount of potassium we get from different products in our daily diet? Can somebody please advise me appropriately? Thanks.
