Which nutritional supplement drinks can one take post exercise? I am a working woman, I am 90kilos heavy at 5ft5inches. And I am a black american. I exercise at home watching the exercise-videos. I have been suggested to take some nutritional supplement drinks that have a balanced quantity of Maltodextrin, a glucose polymer, a complex carbohydrate and whey proteins. What are my options?What do you suggest I should take keeping in mind my requirements and also what else would you like to advise me? Any information provided is highly appreciated.
