The preparation of this dish requires the following ingredients two cups of couscous, one cup of milk or cream, vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt, one cup of sour cream, one teaspoon of vanilla essence, pinch of nutmeg, half cup of sugar, raisins, pineapple crushed to paste, mint to garnish, butter and salt as required.
