I am simply not able to choose from a variety of diet plans. I am always confused about the exact plan,that would suit me. I am 24 years of age and I want to know about a few healthy food, which could be helpful to me in losing weight but for a prolonged time. Could someone please advise me of a list such healthy food additionally, which could help in creating a healthy diet plan for myself? I would really appreciate your help. Thanks.
