I must say that this recipe of Chef Shane is one of the most unique seafood recipes that I have ever come across. This recipe is called as the Alaskan Salmon and spinach soup. I have heard of Alaskan soups with crab pairing, but hear we have a double pairing of everything. There is a double aroma pairing with oregano and nutmeg and the broths used are clam juice and chicken broth. While oregano and nutmeg might be a bit overpowering, clam and chicken juices would save the flavor.
