A friend of mine has advised me to get a food nutrition chart at home, which would help in devising a healthy diet for kids with timely nutrition intake. I would like to know from where could I get a printable food nutrition chart free. I would like to get all the details on the chart ranging from quantity of vitamins and minerals in fruits or vegetables, to the daily amount needed by an 8 year old kid. Can someone please assist?
