I am usually eat a lot when I feel stressed out, and I know it’s not at all good to my health, but this is something, which I am unable to control I assume. Lately my mother advised me to take up to a food diary, and see if it brings some change in my eating habit or not! I want to know if someone has ever tried a food diary, and if it indeed helped him or her to overcome something like emotional-eating? I would also like to know if I can get a free food diary! Can anyone please advice aptly?
