I have a peculiar habit of fretting a lot for not being able to keep a control on my calories intake. I usually hit the gym once I consume a lot of calories, however, at times it doesnât help me in reducing weight. This is why I get a bit perturbed, and therefore, I want to know about a food calories list, which could help me keep a count of calories in food I eat. Can somebody please advice me of the food calories list online, which could be useful in keeping count of calories, free of cost? I would be really thankful for an early response!
