My work keeps me confined to my laptop most of the day, and it has helped me immensely in gaining pounds of weight! I am 27 years of age and I feel I won’t be able to devote any time to physical training like intense exercises or so, in fact it has only left an option for me which is dieting. I want to know about some weight loss foods, which can help me lose weight effectively. I usually enjoy Sunday offs, so I would appreciate if you guys can also advise me on a proper Sunday meal which can be enjoyed when on dieting! Thanks.
