My kid is 7 years old and he is a complete foodie. However, the food he loves is mainly junk and he doesn’t like fruits and vegetables at all. I don’t know what to do, as I want to inculcate healthy food habits in him in his formative years. Could someone please tell me what are some effective high fiber food, which can be included in his diet? I would appreciate if someone is able to tell me about the servings of such food, which are high in fiber, for a 7 years old. Thanks
