Can’t I just eat a banana and whey protein from the lean cuisines post-workout? Post workout I need something faster. With that in mind, for a quick home brew, I am best off using whey hydrolysate and a combo of maltodextrin and dextrose. But I am skeptical about it. I am a 30yr old man, weighing 90kilos at 5ft 10inches, who has started exercising recently for a healthier body. What do you suggest to me? I am looking forward to your responses.
