My daughter has started with some low carbohydrate diet, and I am in a fix, as to what all should I prepare for her considering her diet plan. I want to know about low carb cooking foods, along with the required quantity, which is necessary for a 18 years old girl, taking into consideration that she is on low carbohydrate diet? In addition, I would really appreciate if you guys can advice me whether low carb cooking foods indeed help in reducing weight? Thanks.
