My mom-in-law has recently been diagnosed with some cardiovascular problems, and her doctor has asked to keep a watch on her diet now. I want to know about bland diet food, which could be prepared for her, considering her health and her age. She is 70 years at present, and I would like to prepare food for her at home. I would also to confirm, if eating bland diet food, would help her recover from the cardiovascular problem soon. Can somebody please advise appropriately? Thanks.
