Ingredients: You will need to have these things in your kitchen to make a tempting Maryland Crab Cake recipe. 1 pound crab meat, 2 slices white bread after trimming their crusts, 1 beaten egg, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Dijon-style prepared mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning TM and 2 tablespoons butter.

Process: Put all ingredients except butter in a bowl and mix them by hand. Now, make 6 good-sized cakes. Fry in butter for about 4 minutes from each side.
