My husband is facing a health problem of high blood pressure and the doctor has suggested keeping a low cholesterol diet for him. I am a health conscious person myself, and I cook for my family keeping in mind the nutritional values of the recipes. Nonetheless, I just can’t keep a check on his eating habits once he is out at work. I have now decided to prepare lunch for him at home, and thereby I need a help from some expert regarding few low cholesterol foods, which are healthy and tasty as well! Can somebody please advice?
