Recently the doctor has advised my mom to eat food rich in potassium. Although, I have bought potassium supplements for her, however, I want to know about potassium rich foods as well, which could be included in daily diet, as the doctor even advised her to consume at least 2500mg of potassium daily. I want to know about the amount of potassium we get from different products in our daily diet. Can somebody please advise me appropriately? Thanks.
