Thanks Kalyn for this wonderful stew from leftover roasted beef.Kalyn you have taken care to fortify the flavors by sauteing onions and peppers one at a time. But you could have added carrots and broccoli for a complete beef pottage. And sauteing these veggies in beer could have added flavor to the beef.
Moreover, Kalyn you have forgotten to finish an Italian stew with a white sauce, which is very important. Anyways, you can fold in cheese in case you are not blending in the white sauce.
