  • Dough/Filling/Frosting Ingredients:PUMPKIN-CINNAMON-ROLLS 

    For roll dough you’ll need, 1 ½ cup of whole milk, ½ cup of edible oil, ½ cup crystallized sugar, 2 ¼ teaspoons of yeast, ½ teaspoon of salt, baking powder & soda, ¼ teaspoon of ginger & nutmeg, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, 2-4 cups of flour and butter. Rolls filling include ½ cup of blended butter, ½ cup crystallized & brown sugar, cinnamon ½ teaspoon, ½ teaspoon ginger, ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg and 1 cup finely chopped pecans which is a type of walnut. For glazing your delicious platter you’ll need softened cream cheese about 8 ounces, powdered sugar near about 1 ¾ to 2 cups, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, milk ¼ cup and sprint of salt. 

  • Preparation of Dough:PUMPKIN-CINNAMON-ROLLS 

    To make the dough take a microwave-safe bowl and mix well the whole milk, salt, melted butter and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar in it. Let your microwave on high flame for about 20 seconds, stir it well for less than 2 minutes till the butter melts. Add yeast to it and allow the mixture rest for 15 minutes till foamy.
