My teenage daughter simply loves to binge on junk food. I have tried to explain on several occasions that it will result in various health problems, including obesity, but she doesn’t seem to care. Lately, one of her friends advised her to include such health food items in her diet, which would help her reduce weight. I am not familiar with such food or recipes, which are healthy and effective in reducing weight. Could someone please advice of a few such healthy food items and recipes, that could help my daughter reduce some pounds? Thanks.
