Can you give me some tips on cooking the pakistani food the authentic way that are common and can be applied on all the recipes? Currently I am stuck with the chicken jalfarezi. In the videos all over the net are showing to cook the chicken along with the spices but I can’t spend so much time with it as I have to take care of my salon as well. How can I keep it simple and quick still keeping its authenticity intact?
