Can an asthma patient have shortbread cookies? Is the the gluten in the shortbread cookies recipes beneficial in asthma conditions in any situation? I just love eating such southwest cuisine cookies and don’t want to leave eating it, do I have any option? I am a 30yr old male, I am suffering from the asthma from quite some time now but I am at a stable condition at this point of time. I am doubtful about my situation with my cookies. Should I do continue eating them, can it be harmful in any way? What would you advise in my condition? What are your opinion about my situation?
