Could you tell me about wii cooking mama?

I have recently purchased a wii cooking mama game. Yesterday, I was playing it and the main menu page, I think, I’m spelling it right, a pop up appears which says ‘Manage kitchen’. I have clicked on it. I’m confused if you click on ‘A’ tab it exits the page and when click on the tab B it grabs. I’m wondering whether you know the solution for it? Could you tell me about wii cooking mama? Also tell me how to save it?
