The new coffee beer is roasted, till it gives out an aroma which is collected in a cryogenic condenser, it is further roasted and grounded along with yeast and sucrose. Then begins the fermenting phase at a temperature below 22 degree Celsius, which continues till 4 hours. I am not going to tell you what happens next, except the fact that this coffee concoction is foamed for you so that it tastes almost like a Coffee-Beer.
