I have a recipe of cupcakes but now for a change I want to make a pancake. My friend told me that the recipe of cupcake and the pan cake is same. Is she right? I want to know can a recipe for cupcakes also be used for pancakes? What are your views on this and what are the changes you think I should make in the cupcake recipe to make it a pancake recipe? I use 2¼ cups of all purpose flour for the cupcakes and 3 teaspoon baking powder. Do I need to proceed in the same manner as I used to?
