I like to use a combination of ground beef & russian sausage, I use about one egg per pound of beef, for the seasoning I like to accent with some garlic powder & seasoning salt, and sometimes uncooked rice or bread crumbs. I just sprinkle over the top of the meat too. Now I want to learn to make some simple ones from the russian cuisine specially. So can anyone of you will be able to tell me how to make some simple meatloaf recipe of the russian cuisine? Looking forward.
