I am not contented with my weight, and that is why I have a tendency to eat a lot when I am emotional, or stressed out! Moreover, it is something, which I am unable to control. Lately my mother has advised me to take up to a food diary, and see if it brings any change in my eating habit or not! I want to know if someone has ever tried a food diary, and if it indeed has helped him or her to overcome something like emotional-eating. I would also like to know how could I get food diary online! Can anyone please advice aptly? Thanks.
