I saw a yogurt smoothie recipe which includes banana in its ingredients. I am little skeptic and I want to know what is the calorie level of the smoothie which contains banana. Will it be ok to have such smoothie twice in a day? What is the normal level of calorie intake that one can have in day? Can you tell me any other yogurt smoothie recipe which does not contain banana and I s low in calories also, so that I can have it twice or thrice in a day.
