Which non veg dishes can one have in type 2 diabetes condition?

I am a 30 year old female and have type two diabetes. I exercise regularly and go for my regular tests as well. I normally do take some ISO star drink and some other vitamin drinks along with all this. I generally take these just after the exercise, is it at advisable? What would you like to suggest me? Which non veg dishes and alcoholic drinks can I go for with my situation of diabetes, although it is in control from the last two years?
