I believe too much sugared drinks such as fruit juices, tesco drinks or colas can cause nausea. But since I go for endurance and I sweat a lot, I know I need carbohudratess and salt to replenish myself. Can you suggest some sports drinks with carbohydrates and electrolytes provided for the replacements I need? I usually run and go biking for over an hour before going to the office. I am a 30yr old male.
