Hello to all, I am 35 year old. My height is 5.5″ and weighing around 85kgs and wants to reduce weight. I have tried the slim sauna belt and other weight reducing gadgets with little benefit. My doctor has asked me to concentrate on my diet only. Recently I have added a lot of boiled vegetables, salads and fruit juices in my diet to cut down on my calories. I want to know from you guys about healthy recipes. So can anyone suggest me some healthy weight lose recipes?
