I am a thirty year old woman. I am a house wife. Although I am fine Iâm fit and at my goal weight, I do take in a lot of supple drinks. My body is taking in lots of macro, micro, and phyto nutrients that havenât been experienced before. Plus, if I am running around during the day the gurgling sounds increase. I do drink RVL along with milk and almond too. And I also drink a lot of water too. But I don’t know why my stomach makes really loud gurgling sounds. Is that normal? What should I do?
