How do I make the skinnygirl at home with a perfect balanace of the flavors?

I want to make the skinnygirl at home but I don’t know how to go about it. I also want to learn how to frost the cocktail glass’s rims with the sugar or the salt. The skinnygirl drink needs the correct balance because most of the margarita recipes call for sweet and sour margarita mixes and both of which contains a large amount of sugar.
