Every time I search on net I came across a different kedgeree recipe. I want to know about this recipe because I think it is a best way to use the leftover rice. But as I am vegetarian I would like to do the similar type of recipe substituting lentils for fish. It will be really nice if anyone can share some good and similar kedgeree recipe with me in which they donât use fish. Also tell me can I through in the leftover veggies also in my kedgeree recipe?
