I have heard that shirataki noodles help to lose weight. Is this true? What it is made up of which helps in losing weight. Even my friend has tried it and she also said that it really worked for her. It will be really great if anyone can tell me the shirataki noodles recipe so that I can also lose some weight. Do I need to follow with any kind of exercise or yoga? Will it affect my health badly if I will have it for long time?
