Needless to say my kid loves cheesecakes than anything in this world, just like other kids, but I was planning to make mini cheesecake for him and his friends for the Christmas party, to each his own kinds! However, I donât want to use vanilla wafer this time, therefore, I wanted to know whether a mini cheesecake recipe would be made equally scrumptious as before, if I use walnut paste for the cup cake liner instead of vanilla wafer for the mini cheesecake recipe! Can somebody please advice? I would also like to know what could I keep for a salty dish in accordance to the sweet cakes! Please advice suitably!
