I make tea all the time, I feel as if I am addicted to it. Recently I came to know that the tea can help prevent diabetes. I normally substitute the quart packets of the sugar free instant lemonade and the sugar free instant Tang or any other orange drink that I sometimes buy from the supermarkets and make them minus the sugar. It only takes one tablespoon to make a great, refreshing cup of tea. But still I want to find new and interesting ways to make my tea more helthier.
