How can I make some roasted chicken recipes with focaccia and pair it with some olive salad further pairing it with some red or any other good wine? What all ingredients will I need? Which all wines, according to you, can I experiment with at different attempts to break the boredom of the recipe? What other recipes can you share with me of roasted chicken? I love chicken and tuna as it has plenty of protein and is much lower in fat than any non veg recipes?
