My colleague tells me the tendency of Sangaria to decay in warmth. Wine becomes vinegar rather quickly once exposed to air and the fruit gets mushy and falls apart. I do have to take it out to the table sometimes and sometimes it is kept over there all day long. I am extremely worried about it now. Do I have to refrigerate sangria all the times? But how is it possible, I will have to take it out sometime. How should I deal with it? Please help me out.
