The ingredients you need for this quick salad are, Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons, mayonnaise 3 tablespoons, champagne vinegar 2 tablespoons. Salt and fresh pepper to taste. You can add a little sugar about 2 pinches in the salad. Mix all the ingredients except vinegar in a large bowl whisk them for some time. Now add champagne vinegar in the mix and add greens to it. A creamy salad for four people is ready to be served.

Classic Vinaigrette

Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons, kosher salt ½ teaspoon, red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons and pepper to taste. Take these and whisk them, add ½ cup of olive oil and whisk further.

Take ¼-cup olive oil and ¼-cup vegetable oil and whisk the entire contents to get the lemon salad dressing.

Take 1 ½ teaspoons thyme, and ¼ cup pitted kalamata olives and the olive salad dressing, blend them in a blender and your Olive salad dressing is ready.
