Which recipes are apt for post exercise for a 42yr old woman?

I am a working woman, I am 110kilos heavy at 5ft5inches. I am a 42yrs old black american. I exercise at home watching the exercise-videos. I have been suggested to take some nutritional supplement drinks and some meals and the soups too that have a balanced quantity of maltodextrin, a glucose polymer. And I want take some lamb stew recipe as they are my favorite. Can I have the knorr recipes too, will that also help? What are my options? What do you suggest I should take keeping in mind my requirements and also what else would you like to advise me? Any information provided is highly appreciated.
