What is the right recipe of the calcium water for the plum jam recipe?

When I was trying to make the sugarless plum jam recipe, I got stuck with the calcium water, will you please help me with it? What I did was mix two teaspoon of the white calcium powder that I bought from the supermarket near my place, with approx one cup of, full cup, of water in a medium to small sized lidded jar. Then I shook it well to combine the mixture well. I hoped to keep the mixture to mix into my plum jam recipe when I am ready to make it. But it got destroyed. I don’t understand why, how can I correct the mixture?
