I want to make some creamy lemon, buttery pastry for my young cousins and its definitely gotta be the lemon bars, their favorite, atleast something they think commonly about. I want to yield atleast 20 bars. For this I have planned to use one third cup of butter, one cup of granulated sugar for a divided use, one cup plus two tbsp- the all purpose flour for the divided use, two eggs, two tsp of finely shredded lemon peel, three tbsp of lemon juice, one fourth tsp of baking powder, and some powdered sugar. Is it fine or have I left out something. Will you help me with the whole preparation process too apart from telling me about the ingredients that I have missed out on?
