I love Spanish food and I want to cook it myself at home. I was planning to make Spanish rice and for this I bought a book on Spanish cooking as well. I also got the Spanish rice recipe. I want to ask, as I donât have a frying pan with a tight fitting lid, what is there that I can use in its place. I think it is the most important part of cooking because it will make the rice cook fast and properly. What do you think I can use in place of a frying pan with a lid? Or do you suggest me to buy the pan first and then try out this recipe.
